Is this a subscription?
No. Each Pro pass is a single payment for a fixed number of days. It does not renew by itself, so there is nothing to cancel.
What happens when my Pro days end?
Your saved CVs stay. Premium designs, Word download and job matching lock again, and you can keep using everything in the Free plan. You can buy another pass any time.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, if you ask within 24 hours of paying and have not used Pro yet (premium-design PDF, Word, job matching or AI tailoring). If you were charged twice or Pro never switched on, at any time. Ask from Account → Refund. A CV can be finished in an hour, so after Pro has been used we do not refund. Once approved, Razorpay processes the refund under its standard terms: the money goes back to the same card, UPI or bank account through Razorpay, normally in 5 to 7 working days, and Pro ends for that payment. Do I need an account?
Not to use the free plan. You sign in with your email (a 6-digit code, no password needed) only to save CVs or buy Pro.
Is GST charged?
No. The seller is not registered for GST, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Which payment methods work?
UPI, debit and credit cards, and netbanking, through Razorpay. Sales are in Indian rupees for now.
