Refunds and cancellation
CV Designer Pro is a digital service sold as a one-time pass (30, 90 or 365 days). It does not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel and no surprise charge. Refunds are made the standard way payments through Razorpay are refunded: to the same card, UPI or bank account that paid.
When we refund in full
- If you ask within 24 hours of paying and have not used Pro yet: no PDF in a premium design, no Word download, no cover-letter download, no job-description matching and no AI tailoring. A CV can be finished in an hour or two, so this is the time to decide.
- At any time, if you were charged but Pro did not switch on and we cannot fix it.
- At any time, if you were charged twice for the same purchase.
When we do not refund
Once Pro has been used, or after 24 hours, we do not refund the pass or its unused days, except in the two cases above. You can keep using Pro until the days end. We check use from our records (your Pro downloads and AI use); if you think our record is wrong, tell us and we will look again.
How to ask
Sign in, open Account, then Refund, and press “Request a refund”. Or write to support@diginovaservices.com with the email you signed in with and the payment reference. We answer within 3 working days.
What happens when we refund
The 24 hours is the time to ask. Once we approve the request, the refund itself is processed by Razorpay under its standard refund terms and timelines, even if that finishes after the 24 hours.
- The refund is sent through Razorpay to the original payment method only. We cannot send it to a different account.
- Razorpay normally takes 5 to 7 working days to send it; your bank may take a little longer to show it.
- Pro ends for that payment. Your saved CVs stay, and files you already downloaded remain yours.
- Refunds can normally be made through the original method only within 6 months of the payment.
Disputes with your bank
Please write to us first, it is faster. If a payment is disputed with the bank and the dispute is decided against us, Pro for that payment ends.

पूरा रिफ़ंड कब
- अगर आप भुगतान के 24 घंटे के भीतर माँगें और अभी तक Pro इस्तेमाल नहीं किया हो: प्रीमियम डिज़ाइन की कोई PDF नहीं, Word डाउनलोड नहीं, जॉब-डिस्क्रिप्शन मिलान नहीं और AI से ढालना नहीं। CV एक-दो घंटे में बन जाता है, इसलिए फ़ैसले के लिए यही समय है।
- किसी भी समय, अगर पैसे कटे पर Pro चालू नहीं हुआ और हम उसे ठीक नहीं कर पाए।
- किसी भी समय, अगर एक ही खरीद के लिए दो बार पैसे कटे।
रिफ़ंड कब नहीं
Pro इस्तेमाल हो जाने के बाद, या 24 घंटे बीतने पर, पास या उसके बचे दिनों का रिफ़ंड नहीं होता, ऊपर के दो मामलों को छोड़कर। दिन पूरे होने तक आप Pro इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं। इस्तेमाल हमारे रिकॉर्ड (आपके Pro डाउनलोड और AI इस्तेमाल) से जाँचा जाता है; अगर आपको लगे रिकॉर्ड गलत है तो बताइए, हम दोबारा देखेंगे।
कैसे माँगें
साइन इन करें, Account खोलें, फिर Refund में “रिफ़ंड माँगें” दबाएँ। या support@diginovaservices.com पर लिखें: जिस ईमेल से साइन इन किया वह और भुगतान का संदर्भ। हम 3 कार्यदिवस में जवाब देते हैं।
रिफ़ंड होने पर क्या होता है
24 घंटे सिर्फ़ माँगने का समय है। अनुरोध मंज़ूर होने के बाद रिफ़ंड Razorpay अपनी मानक रिफ़ंड शर्तों और समय-सीमा के अनुसार करता है, चाहे वह 24 घंटे के बाद पूरा हो।
- रिफ़ंड Razorpay के ज़रिए सिर्फ़ उसी भुगतान माध्यम में जाता है। हम इसे किसी और खाते में नहीं भेज सकते।
- Razorpay आमतौर पर 5 से 7 कार्यदिवस लेता है; आपके बैंक में दिखने में थोड़ा और समय लग सकता है।
- उस भुगतान का Pro बंद हो जाता है। आपके सेव किए CV बने रहते हैं और डाउनलोड की हुई फ़ाइलें आपकी ही रहती हैं।
- मूल माध्यम से रिफ़ंड आमतौर पर भुगतान के 6 महीने के भीतर ही हो पाता है।
बैंक के साथ विवाद
कृपया पहले हमें लिखें, यह तेज़ है। अगर बैंक में किसी भुगतान पर विवाद होता है और फ़ैसला हमारे खिलाफ़ आता है, तो उस भुगतान का Pro बंद हो जाता है।
