Privacy notice
Short version: you can use this site without an account. Then nothing is sent to us and your CV stays in your own browser. We store data only if you sign in and choose to save.
Who is responsible
Diginova Digital Services (the “Data Fiduciary” under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023). Grievance Officer: Grievance Officer, support@diginovaservices.com.
What we collect, and why
- Email address: to sign you in and send the one-time code.
- CVs you choose to save (name, work history, photo and so on, as you typed it): so you can open them on another device. Saved CVs are encrypted before they are stored.
- Account facts: date joined, last sign-in, your 18+ confirmation, and which notice version you agreed to (our proof of consent).
- Activity log: what happened and when (for example “signed in”, “saved a CV”), with a scrambled code instead of your email or IP address. Kept for about 13 months to detect misuse and investigate breaches, then deleted.
- AI writing (only if you press an AI button and agree): the text of that one field is sent to an AI service to get a suggestion. We do not keep it.
- Payments (only if you buy a plan): the order number, amount, plan and date. The card, UPI or bank details go straight to Razorpay and we never see them. We must keep these payment records for accounts and tax, up to 8 years, without your email.
We do not sell your data, show ads, track you across sites, or use your CV to train any model.
Who handles it for us
Cloudflare (website hosting, database in the Asia-Pacific region, AI), Resend (delivers the sign-in code and our replies; it keeps a short delivery record of your email address and the message), Google (only if you choose “Continue with Google”: Google confirms your email address to us; we receive nothing else), and Razorpay for payments. They may process data outside India. We choose providers that protect it with encryption and security controls.
Cookies: we set one essential cookie that keeps you signed in. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Until you delete a CV or your account. An account unused for 2 years is deleted after a warning email. Codes expire in 10 minutes. Activity log: about 13 months. Records of your consent, and of requests you send us: up to 3 years. Payment records: up to 8 years.
Your rights
- Access: Account → Download my data gives you everything we hold, in one file.
- Correction: open a saved CV, change it, press Update.
- Erasure and withdrawing consent: Account → Delete my account removes your data straight away. It is as easy as signing up. You can also erase saved CVs when you sign out.
- Grievance: write to the Grievance Officer using the form below. We reply within 30 days (the law allows up to 90).
- Nominate someone to use these rights for you if you die or cannot act: Account → Nominee.
- If we do not solve it, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Age
This service is for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly keep data of children. If you think a child has signed up, tell us and we will delete it.
If something goes wrong
If your personal data is ever exposed, we tell you by email without delay and report it to the Data Protection Board.

हम क्या लेते हैं और क्यों
- ईमेल पता: साइन इन कराने और एक बार वाला कोड भेजने के लिए।
- आपके चुने हुए सेव किए CV (नाम, कार्य-अनुभव, फ़ोटो आदि, जैसा आपने भरा): ताकि आप उन्हें दूसरे डिवाइस पर खोल सकें। सेव किए CV स्टोर होने से पहले एन्क्रिप्ट किए जाते हैं।
- खाते की जानकारी: जुड़ने की तारीख, आख़िरी साइन इन, आपकी 18+ की पुष्टि, और आपने किस सूचना-संस्करण पर सहमति दी (सहमति का हमारा प्रमाण)।
- गतिविधि लॉग: क्या हुआ और कब (जैसे “साइन इन”, “CV सेव”), आपके ईमेल या IP की जगह एक गुप्त कोड के साथ। दुरुपयोग पकड़ने और उल्लंघन की जाँच के लिए लगभग 13 महीने रखा जाता है, फिर मिटा दिया जाता है।
- AI लेखन (सिर्फ़ तब जब आप AI बटन दबाएँ और सहमत हों): उसी एक खाने का टेक्स्ट सुझाव पाने के लिए AI सेवा को भेजा जाता है। हम इसे रखते नहीं।
- भुगतान (सिर्फ़ प्लान खरीदने पर): ऑर्डर नंबर, राशि, प्लान और तारीख। कार्ड, UPI या बैंक की जानकारी सीधे Razorpay के पास जाती है, हम उसे कभी नहीं देखते। हिसाब-किताब और कर के लिए ये भुगतान रिकॉर्ड हमें 8 साल तक रखने पड़ते हैं, आपके ईमेल के बिना।
हम आपका डेटा बेचते नहीं, विज्ञापन नहीं दिखाते, साइटों पर आपका पीछा नहीं करते, और आपके CV से कोई मॉडल ट्रेन नहीं करते।
हमारे लिए कौन संभालता है
Cloudflare (वेबसाइट होस्टिंग, एशिया-प्रशांत क्षेत्र में डेटाबेस, AI), Resend (साइन-इन कोड और हमारे जवाब पहुँचाती है; वह आपके ईमेल पते और संदेश का छोटा डिलीवरी रिकॉर्ड रखती है), Google (सिर्फ़ तब जब आप “Google से जारी रखें” चुनें: Google हमें सिर्फ़ आपका ईमेल पता पुष्ट करता है, और कुछ नहीं), और भुगतान के लिए Razorpay। ये भारत के बाहर भी डेटा प्रोसेस कर सकते हैं। हम ऐसे प्रदाता चुनते हैं जो एन्क्रिप्शन और सुरक्षा उपायों से डेटा बचाते हैं।
कुकी: आपको साइन इन रखने के लिए हम एक ज़रूरी कुकी लगाते हैं। विज्ञापन या ट्रैकिंग वाली कोई कुकी नहीं।
कितने समय रखते हैं
जब तक आप CV या खाता न हटाएँ। 2 साल इस्तेमाल न होने पर चेतावनी ईमेल के बाद खाता हटा दिया जाता है। कोड 10 मिनट में ख़त्म हो जाते हैं। गतिविधि लॉग: लगभग 13 महीने। सहमति का रिकॉर्ड: 3 साल तक। आपके भेजे अनुरोधों का रिकॉर्ड: निपटने के बाद 3 साल तक। भुगतान रिकॉर्ड: 8 साल तक।
आपके अधिकार
- जानने का अधिकार: खाता → मेरा डेटा डाउनलोड करें से हमारे पास का सारा डेटा एक फ़ाइल में मिलता है।
- सुधार: सेव किया CV खोलें, बदलें, अपडेट दबाएँ।
- मिटाना और सहमति वापस लेना: खाता → मेरा खाता हटाएँ से आपका डेटा तुरंत मिट जाता है। यह साइन अप जितना ही आसान है। साइन आउट पर भी सेव किए CV मिटा सकते हैं।
- शिकायत: नीचे दिए फ़ॉर्म से शिकायत अधिकारी को लिखें। हम 30 दिन में जवाब देते हैं (कानून 90 दिन तक देता है)।
- नामित व्यक्ति: अपनी मृत्यु या असमर्थता पर ये अधिकार इस्तेमाल करने के लिए किसी को नामित करें: खाता → नामित व्यक्ति।
- हल न होने पर आप भारतीय डेटा संरक्षण बोर्ड में शिकायत कर सकते हैं।
उम्र
यह सेवा 18 वर्ष या उससे अधिक उम्र के लोगों के लिए है। हम जानबूझकर बच्चों का डेटा नहीं रखते। अगर आपको लगे कि किसी बच्चे ने साइन अप किया है, तो हमें बताएँ, हम उसे मिटा देंगे।
कुछ गड़बड़ होने पर
अगर आपका निजी डेटा कभी बाहर पहुँच जाए, तो हम बिना देरी ईमेल से आपको बताते हैं और डेटा संरक्षण बोर्ड को रिपोर्ट करते हैं।
संस्करण 2026-10-16। हम यह सूचना बदल सकते हैं; अगर बदलाव आपके डेटा के इस्तेमाल को प्रभावित करे, तो हम दोबारा पूछेंगे।
